At the law offices of Wolfenson & Ashkenazi, P.C., we offer the personal attention of a small law practice with the full range of legal services normally found in larger firms. Partners Andrew M. Wolfenson and Rebecca S. Ashkenazi, along with our associates and office staff, will work hard to meet your goals. We seek to build and maintain an ongoing relationship with every one of our clients, and have offices in both Union and Cedar Knolls, New Jersey for your convenience.

Attorney Wolfenson appears before the state courts throughout New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and its Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. Attorney Wolfenson, a member of the prestigious "Lawyers of Distinction," has lectured for the Graduate Realtor Institute of the New Jersey Association of Realtors on topics including contracts and case law.

Attorney Ashkenazi focuses her practice on Real Estate and preparation of Wills. She is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association. Wolfenson and Ashkenazi have been named by New Jersey Magazine as two of the state's Best Attorneys for Families, an honor bestowed based on client nomination.

Wolfenson was the founder and Chairperson of the Franklin & Marshall College Alumni Association, New Jersey Chapter, and previously served for several years as vice-president and legal counsel for the Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce. He also served as Chairperson of the Legal and By-Laws Committee and as an executive committee member for Adath Shalom Synagogue in Parsippany.

Ashkenazi was honored in 2018 with the prestigious Milton Mollen Pro Bono Award for her efforts on behalf of underprivileged clients. She currently assists ProjectKIND, as a legal advisor, and also works with Urban Dance League, Inc. in both a legal capacity and a board member style role; providing guidance and direction for new ideas and opportunities.

Working with this Lawyer was a great and professional experience......In my own words, Andy was the best and most understanding and professional Lawyer that I have seen....I had some in the past, that could not even come close.....He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions of concern...He helped me get through a difficult time.....Through the entire process and my case, I felt very comfortable...If I had to compare Andy Wolfenson to any lawyer that i can think of, it would be Perry Mason........5 stars all the way............Charles

Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and responsive!Andrew and his staff were very helpful back on 9-2018 and responsive to all my questions and concerns about my residential real estate. This have been my third time buying a home and he was with me every step of the way. When issues were found during the walk through, he negotiated on my behalf and was tough when needed. He responded on every email that I had questions and concerns and I got answers. I would recommend Andrew Wolfenson firm. 😊😊

I live in CA and hired Andrew to represent me in a child support matter in NJ. He did a great job and gave me the results that I needed. He took his time in explaining the process and what he expected the outcome to be, and to top it off it was done for the budget that he quoted me.

My family ran into financial difficulty and made the difficult choice of filing bankruptcy. At the first meeting with Mr. Wolfenson, both my husband and I knew that we had obtained the perfect attorney for us. He made us feel comfortable with his knowledge, leadership and well run office. One year later after filing, our lives have become so much better and we owe much gratitude to Mr. Wolfenson for making the process as pleasant as it could be. I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring a lawyer KAMILA MAREK from ANDREW WOLFSENSON Firm to defend my custody case, and I was referred by another lawyer with promising hope for legal counsel. This case was not taken seriously by my current representative from Wolfsenson. She was only 9 months to a year in as a lawyer. I must say that I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided. Throughout the entire process, my lawyer consistently demonstrated a lack of competence and professionalism that left me questioning their abilities. As a further example of her conduct, during mediation, Ms. Marek would agree to stipulations without our consent, and for the benefit of the opposing side which is incredibly distressful. This case should not be in its current state. It is inappropriate for the circumstances, and it is expressly not what we asked for (We have asked Kamila to bring it to trial.) Which she stated will be an extra charge
