Brittany L. Parisi

I’ve read all the reviews on this site about Brittany and this is all far from my experience. I have been entrenched in litigation for 2 years and had other attorneys who didn’t pay me a fraction of the attention that Brittany has given to my case. The way she has internalized the complexities of my false DV charge, as well as a custody battle, is nothing short of absolutely astonishing, which speaks to her dedication and integrity as not only a person, but a professional. I have nothing but good things to say. Much like any review on TripAdvisor or Yelp, you have to take the reviews objectively and with a grain of salt. As a personal aside, my gut feeling is the people who are writing negative reviews were never going to be happy with their case because of the situation they got themselves into, regardless of if it was Brittany or any other attorney. I am still in my battle and am pleased with my results and wouldn’t think of substituting Brittany out.

Brittany is a passionate attorney who fights for her clients. She is smart, attentive, and knows her stuff! Highly recommended for sny family court matter!!

She stole $4k and never did nothing with my case- stay away she is a RIPPLE OFF- her lawyer license should be removed! I will send a report to the board of NJ as well. This lawyer never take call after she takes the money of people

I have read all the reviews ,and one stated she took your money and never responded. Brittney is a thief . She wrecked her car and i had an aggreement for her to sign so i would be the loss payee on her vehicle like a bank would ,she took my money never added me as a loss payee and wrecked the car within a week . She made 1 payment and i never heard from her again . So after she wrecked the car ,the insurance carrier paid her directly and i lose 3500 . This lawyer is a thief . If you use here for anything,you will be robbed and she will take your money and run . Buyer beware !!!

Horrible experience. Spoke briefly about my situation never mentioned divorce. She handed out her business card while smoking and whatever else she was doing saying “just incase you ever need it for the future” to a happily married man with children. Just unprofessional behavior and I wouldn’t want her as my lawyer even if I was getting a divorce. I would never work with someone like this! Good luck! I did not have a good experience with her at all or get good vibes.

Unorganized. Never follows through. Lies. Flighty. Getting her on the phone is equivalent to pulling teeth. Unknowledgeable. My case was never even truly concluded by her firm, I just stopped emailing them for updates since they were never answered, as were my calls, and never heard from them again and it’s been almost a year.

Don’t waste your money with this lawyer. She don’t response to your calls after taking your money. FRAUD MUST BE REPORTED AND SUE.!

Total waste of time and efforts I have spent over 12k in attorney fees since August 2022 and have to start over with a new attorney because of her incompetence. Please save your money and find someone that believes in justice and serving clients needs.
