The court appointed him to our estate probate case as temporary personal representative while this was going through court. After the fact of us winning the case and the other party being disinherited, Ryan still continue to communicate with only her approving outrageous move-in costs of $4500 for one person. Did not communicate with the parties that won the case but with the one that did not win. The assumption is that he knows the other party personally. He’s very ignorant and rude and has done nothing at all for the three or four months that he was personal representative. He already charged us $4500 and now he’s filing a motion to receive more money from the estate because he is rude and inconsiderate and does not need to be hired as your attorney you will be very very very very disappointed. In fact we all agree that he should be charged with something for the way he miss handled the estate.
