Hired Attorney

Matt Becker Prosecutor Franklin County Missouri. Matt Becker runs his campaign on conviction percentage. He has a high conviction percentage and I will tell you why. Matt Becker gets these criminals to plead guilty to a plea deal that the criminal can't refuse. Matt gets his guilty plea and hands the criminal probation which means the criminal never saw jail time and is back on the streets to commit more crimes. That is how he claims to have a high conviction percentage. He is not locking anybody up. And if the offender is handed jail time its at the minimum. A violent criminal that shot his neighbor two times on the victims property and the victim was unarmed. Matt Becker thinks 120 day shock in jail and then released on probation was the proper punishment for the defendant. Look it up on Casenet.com- James D.Lairmore Franklin County Missouri took a plea deal Dec.15 2025 All Matt Becker is worried about is getting that guilty plea. Put the criminals back on the streets.
