Leslie Spieler Fulford LLC is a law firm established in 2004 with an office in Union, MO. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing accidents, assault and battery, automobile accidents and 95 other areas of law.
Mr. Spieler was very direct in what could/couldn't be done. He was upfront and was very thorough in explanations. His Assistant/Secretary was also very nice and explained things to a great degree. They can be a little hard on you in regards to paperwork, or at least people can take it that way, but be assured they do it for a reason. They are very professional and thorough and do a great job preparing you for what is to come. There isn't a better law firm for that price in all of Missouri.
The attorneys are great, but their staff, not so much
Daniel Leslie was a horrible choice for a lawyer. Not only did he change his attitude toward my case after I paid him but he withheld vital information pertaining directly to the main issue of my case. I strongly encourage anyone to NOT hire this man.
Mr leslie was assigned to my divorce case as a guardian ad litem. He met with my ex numerous times while only meeting with me twice in 2.5 years. If I called his office he was always out of the office and would take days or even weeks to return my call, usually only after I emailed threatening to have him removed from my case. He would yell at me on phone calls and deny it in court. Recommended my ex get sole custody and me get supervised visitation with no grounds. Never did home visits nothing
