Forces both the parties to follow her ideas or else makes the deal more complicated. Sets the date for earnest deposit that could be a very short notice and gets back to you with issues more then 10 days after her set date is passed showing complacency and unwillingness to cooperate. Do not hire this attorney unless you like to play games.
