Ursula is very knowledgeable of the area of collections and the Property Owners Association Act in Virginia. As a result, she helped me steer clear of possible errors in judgment. She is extremely responsive to answering questions. She works well with her clients. She also spends what ever time is needed to make sure the client understands the process and their responsibilities in the process. From observation, it also seemed like even the debtors responded to her favorably.
