I had a tough situation related to accountant liability and I was so depressed and frustrated before I met Bob. He helped me create a clear and advanced strategy about how to process and defend myself. I followed all of his advice and tried my best to provide the supporting documents. I had the good fortune and privilege of legal representation by Robert H. Cox (“Bob”) in a matter before a professional state regulatory board. As an attorney, myself, my respect and appreciation of Bob grew throughout his representation. Bob represents the very best of what we expect from our legal profession. Bob’s legal skills, broad and deep knowledge of the law, and “people skills” are apparent. My particular matter involved very complex and convoluted facts which Bob was able to ferret out and cite the relevant facts. Moreover, with Bob’s in depth knowledge of the law, he applied some sophisticated applicable legal concepts including citation of pertinent case law. His argument set forth in an excellent legal brief cogently presented the supporting relevant facts, legal concepts and case law. Beyond Bob’s keen legal knowledge is his communication and people skills. Much appreciated is how Bob collaborated with and kept me informed.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
