As Founder and Managing Attorney of Singh Law Firm, Jaitegh “JT” Singh directs the firm’s strategic vision and leads its work in complex litigation and sophisticated business transactions. His practice focuses on representing businesses, investors, entrepreneurs, and private clients in matters involving corporate finance, commercial disputes, and cross-border legal issues.
JT represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including foreclosure actions, labor disputes, securities litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes. In addition to his litigation practice, he advises clients on corporate finance and transactional matters such as private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He also has experience in international arbitration and cross-border transactions, including advising companies on compliance with U.S. securities laws.
His practice frequently involves matters spanning multiple industries, including manufacturing, real estate, and government contracting. JT regularly advises entrepreneurs and emerging companies on regulatory and structural issues, while also representing established businesses and investment firms in complex commercial matters.
JT earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University. He later completed an International Law program at the University of Cambridge before receiving his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. He is licensed to practice in five states and serves as a Certified Supreme Court Arbitrator.
