My experience was great and I highly recommend him and his offices. I had legal issues in three different East Texas Counties. Mr. Cowan was able to get all the matters in two of the counties totally dismissed in my favor and was able to get me a fair arrangement in the remaining county. His offices are easy to get in touch with and always promptly returned my calls. I would not hesitate to use him again.
After I was injured in a serious oil field accident, Mr. Cowan was recommended to me by several lawyers. Those lawyers told me that Mr. Cowan was one of the best injury lawyers in East Texas and that he was very good at fighting insurance companies. He has done very good with my case. I knew I could not trust the insurance company to do the right things for me. Mr. Cowan has fought them every step and made them pay me correctly and has made certain that I got good medical care that they owe me.
Every one was so nice in the office. I had been fighting workers comp for a year on my own and I was tired and worn out. I had win all the hearing but workers comp was still fighting. Mr. Cowans office took that load off my shoulders. He has been great and we still continue to win.
Mr. Cowen really did an excellent job of winning my case. So much so that it was like an episode of Matlock. If it were not for Mr. Cowen and the excellent job done by him and his staff, I would be stuck paying medical bills that are, and will now be the responsibility of my employers insurance company! I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.
Chuck, was awesome!!!! I tripped while working as a manager at a local restaurant, my employer was heartless and claimed he was not responsible. It has been a long fight with the insurance co. It has been over a year of being denied my benefits, Chuck proved to the court that they were responsible and was awarded benefits. Chuck is a great attorney, would recommend him to everyone.
