If I could rate 0 I would, let's start with miss Joy parading around the office bragging about how she got a raise after she packed her stuff up and "was ready to get gone". Then giving the wrong payment amount for my sisters child support case and telling her she has 5 days to come up with $2500 or they will not provide service, when asked if she could make payments Joy gave her attitude despite being the one who made the mistake. I would not trust this office with anything, much less something important.
