John F. Berry, P.C. is a law firm with an office in Tyler, TX. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer.
I have known Mr. Berry for over ten years and even when his office is overwhelmed with business, they tend to me as well. Both him and his office personnel are amazing at what they do and how they do it. I know everyone cannot be made happy all the time but he definitely will tell you whats going on.
My Mother was his client. My Mother is deceased. I was left mineral rights in my Mother's will in 2012. Since my Mother's death, I have not received any information about my mineral rights. John F. Berry has told me I own them for life but I am fairly certain I own the mineral rights in name only. I believe the mineral rights have been sold or given to my siblings children. My sister has directed John F. Berry to provide me with minimal information related to my Mother's estate. He has done that!!!!!!!
"Working" w/John Berry has been a nightmare. He claims to care about your case and says he's acting on your family's best interest, but he doesn't answer phone calls or emails and tends to shuffle matters to his assistant(s) who (through no fault of their own) don't have the legal expertise to answer legal questions. Took our legal matters and our retainer to a very reputable long-standing firm in downtown Tyler.
In 6 months He never called me back. All the time assistant contacted me. Too many times I told them I wanna talk with Mr.Berry.
