Mr. Thigpen is a very caring attorney and also very good at what he does. He is vigilant in court and always stayed on top of our ever crazy case. I would recommend his services to anyone dealing with child custody.
A fine man.
Very personable. Seemed to care about me as a person and not just a paycheck for himself.
While Mr. Thigpen is caring and compassionate with his services, his billing practices are poor. I've requested a billing statement 3 times over the last 11 weeks with a response of "we'll work on that." To date I've never received requested statement. I would not recommend him at this time.
Been waiting on mineral rights for 3 years. He said, paperwork was on the mail; never received. Asked us to go check with deceased executors wife about mineral rights and just told us to call back and leave a message with his secretary. We have reason to believe the monetary portion of Will was used to gamble in the stock market and the will was changed when Grandmother was incapacitated by the now deceased executor. Just blows us off and it has now been 3 years.
