He helped me when my husband died and I had to settle the estate with his children.
Mr. Costley takes forever to return my calls. He is quick to spill attorney Client privilege to the other side of my case. I'm not sure what side he is actually working for mine or their's. I've lost faith in this attorney.
My review is about Tim Costley. I don't think he's ethical. He was appointed the attorney for my wife and I for our CHIPS case. We ended up divorced during it and I was given a different attorney. I asked him to remove himself from the case since he'd been my attorney for the same case and I didn't think it was right that he was now working against me on the same case. He refused - and now he wants to be our judge?!?
Arrogant and willing to take your money, but don’t bother him. Dismissive when answering questions. Gets along great with the other side while throwing you under the bus. I gave up on him halfway through.
This is the most unprofessional attorney I've ever hired. Doesn't return calls & definitely speaks to the opposing side & develops an attitude. I brought inn a binder full of information & "proof" of my case, & when he returned it, it was all torn apart, nothing put back. I really don't think he even looked at it! He took all of the money but provided no good service, didn't even get my day in court! Do yourself a great favor & look elsewhere for a decent attorney! This one is only after $$$$$$!
