Hired Attorney Bijan Favakehi

Took my case supposedly with his partner and never notified my current lawyer that they would be taking over. Filed my case with no case number/pending new case number and with the wrong defendant information and wrong date of injury. Went through this with them and their incompetent gopher office worker and still sent me to Dr Yuri Furman with all of the wrong info still hanging it's ugly head. My case was nearly a year old when "they took over!" This wasn't incompetence this was intentional. I missed 8 hours of work to go to a Dr appointment where I was also treated rudely and with disdain and oblivious contempt. I knew something was very very off with all of this! They waited until my trial was set to tell me that they would not be taking my case after they already took my case and sent me e to abDr! They also decided to finally advise my other lawyer that they were being fired! Obviously trying to make sure that I didn't have representation at my trial.DO NOT HIRE FOR ANYTHING!!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
