I am extremely pleased, and appreciative of Mr. John Hutto, Attorney at Law, for the truly outstanding legal work that he has done in representing my interests before the Board of Professional Regulation. I had consulted with three attorneys, but immediately felt confident in Mr. Hutto’s expertise and experience after emailing him and speaking with him by telephone. He laid out all of the options in a very straightforward and understandable manner, free of any legalese. Consultation with him was very reassuring, as he outlined the scenarios that were possible, giving me hope and relieving much of my anxiety. The communication process with him via email and telephone was excellent, and he responded within several hours, even on weekends. He negotiated a Revised Consent Agreement that has allowed me to not only retain active license status, but also to continue practicing in my current setting. I gratefully and highly recommend Mr. Hutto to handle any Licensure Board issues.
