Bryan P. Winter is a founding partner of our firm. In 1989, Bryan graduated from Princeton University. After graduation, Bryan worked as a management consultant and an educator. In 1997, Bryan received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Bryan represents local, regional, national, and international companies. Bryan has represented diverse clients including health-care providers, educational institutions, insurance companies, real estate developers, realtors, banks, forest products companies, construction companies, and manufacturing companies. Bryan has also handled a variety of business and real property transactions including real estate and economic development projects. He has represented clients in both the state and federal courts. Bryan has extensive experience in nationwide, complex, multi-party litigation. Bryan has also worked on behalf of clients with the local and state government. Bryan also selectively handles divorce and criminal matters.
Bryan is admitted to practice in Alabama's State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of DRI, the Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and American Bar Associations.
In his community, Bryan has been involved in Tuscaloosa Temporary Emergency Services, Theatre Tuscaloosa, The Tuscaloosa Exchange Club, The Tuscaloosa Rotary Club, The University Club, and The Knights of Columbus. Bryan has been appointed to the City of Tuscaloosa Personnel Board. Bryan has been elected to the Parish Council and has served as lector and lay minister at his church.
Bryan and his wife, the former Elizabeth Reeves Ingalls of Montgomery, have twin daughters, Anna and Catherine.
