Scott H Marcus is an incompetent lawyer. His representation was horrible, and was about to cost my family and I undue hardship. After switching to a new attorney for our case, we discovered that the initial case brought against us should have been immediately summarily dismissed, as it has no basis of material fact.
During a deposition Scott was a weak litigator, and was incapable of challenging the plaintiff, or the opposing counsel.
They are terrible just save your money and time go to another firm...

We were informed by our new lawyer that the case that Scott had been billing us for, for over a year, could have been dismissed initially. He was not even capable of understanding the dynamics of our case, and was very opinionated, and judgmental from the onslaught. Scott fought harder to ensure I paid for his horrendous representation, than he fought for us.
