He is a good lawyer if the problem isn't in his field he will recommend the best lawyer for the job. He listens to your problems then tells you what he thinks is the best answer in solving the problem.
He is a very nice and competent lawyer and is truly interested in seeing that your needs are taken care of.
I felt the lawyer I had wasn't very skillful on divorce, my husbands lawyer was able to do what he wanted and I had to go along with it.
They do everything in their power to win the case.
Jason is a very qualified atty. However, when I obtained his services, and requested him personally, other atty. whom I had never met with or reviewed my cases with would appear at court. Thankfully, my cases worked out in my favor, but I was upset when I met my representation from his firm just min. prior to court. It is also difficult to communicate, or for lack of better wording, see him to discuss legal matters. If my calls were answered or returned, done so by secretaries or assistants.
I was consistently passed off from attorney to attorney. My papers were never filed until we were at the courthouse on the day of court! They never returned my calls. Did not prepare for the case. I had enough evidence to send my husband to jail for tax evasion. I had hard evidence on him for adultery. I got a pittance and didn't get it for a year after the papers were final. The lawyers are inexperienced and have no business representing themselves as such! Disgraceful!
