Hired Attorney John J. Ryan Jr.

In 1987 I was injured on the job in New York State. This injury has required a total of 4 surgeries over two decades. From the very first day of my injury, I had to fight, prove and navigate NYS Workmen's Compensation and attorneys of the Insurance company representing my then employer. The trauma and stress of the injury in no way compared to the brutal antics to resist monetary reimbursement of the insurance company is barbaric. Until the day I contacted Attorney John J. Ryan in mid 1987 to represent me I was in a very dark mental state. I give Mr. Ryan credit for saving my life. The Insurance companies can cause even strong individuals to consider options of how to stop the physical and emotional pain. Attorney Ryan is the most compassionate man I have met in my life. His knowledge and professionalism is incredible. John, is trustworthy in all respects and quick to respond. Thank you Attorney John J Ryan. Your are Awesome. G. M. Caccia

Hired Attorney Daniel H. Roseman

I’m extremely pleased with the legal services provided by Mr. Roseman and his firm. They went above and beyond to help me with my case and ultimately settled on terms that I’m pleased with. He is very organized and exhibits strong negotiation skills. This has been a stressful process but Mr. Roseman was very empathetic and kind throughout. Mr. Wedlake is easy to communicate with, never makes you feel rushed and always make you feel like you are his first priority. He is easy to talk to and doesn't use legal-ease in his conversations making it easy for everyone to understand his explanations and the legal aspects of the conversation.
