Hired Attorney

Stephen Modovsky was deceitful from the start. He offered one bill rate, performed work we never asked for, and when I fired him for failing to perform he inflated the bill. I was ignorant at the time and did not know what to do. I was scared of him as an attorney. He took my 2500 retainer. Did absolutely nothing of value and then inflated the bill to justify not returning a dime. I am a law student now and as I ask around about him his reputation. Is as trashy as I suspected.

Hired Attorney

Had a bad experience in the past with Stephen. Was extremely rude and spoke to me very condescendingly like an idiot when I asked question. "Do you know what x means? Of course you don't you're not an attorney." He also prioritizes cases depending on how much money they're worth. So if your case isn't worth much be ready to wait up to 6 months. Would never recommend.

Hired Attorney

This lawyer was handling a probate case for my family and he completely mishandled it. The entire process took over two years and now we have to refile with another attorney due to his deceitful practices. He was incredibly rude, would give little/no information, and often hung up the phone.
