My husband has used her for many years for custody and we just recently had to use her again last year. She stayed in contact during the whole process and explained everything very well so we knew what would happen. Extremely helpful and will use her again should the need arise.
Sheri has been hired to perform the services of Guardian Ad Litem. She has failed to provide the service after being paid a total of $1500. Do yourself a favor and read reviews all over the web regarding this attorney. I do not feel she is competent enough to a reputable attorney and I believe the Bar Association should revoke her license. She has met with both parties just once and appeared for approximately 5 minutes in court. No report was ever completed, no home visit, no visit with the children and then years later asks why I am just now bringing this up. It is because the case was still ongoing but her defense was "There is actually a balance owed." Sheri why are you just now bringing it up? Where is the itemized bill that I have asked for multiple times and you told me I would receive over a month ago?
She was hired in March 2019 as our GAL. I was going through a custody battle where I was only seeing my kids every other weekend due to Sherri moving offices and then told the judge I had not paid her. That was on a Friday and she was paid $750 that coming Monday. Nearly a year and a half later and she has still never put together a report. We found a way to get the divorce finalized without her but save your money and go elsewhere. Please look at other reviews online under her and you will see.
