I hired Mr Cole to represent my daughter in a custody case. He took our money. Then in mediation my daughter said she did not want to agree with her ex and she tried to hold her ground calling me crying and he told her that she needed to just give it to him that she couldn't afford to fight sold her down the drain. Then told her it's I had any questions to call and her would explain the case. I had a heart attack from the stress of it all. When I got home I called him and he said he didn't remember the case. Numerous times I tried with no response then asked for an itemized statement of my bill and he wouldn't give it to me. He never returned my calls or text. He pretty much said you hired me but I didn't work for you. He helped a women and child abuser. Not the person that hired him!!
