About Philip J Eller

Kevin H. Wylie, the managing shareholder at Eller & Detrich, earned his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and his law degree from the University of Tulsa. With more than 30 years of experience, he now focuses his practice on Commercial Transactions, Creditors’ Rights, Banking & Lending and Real Estate Leasing.

Kevin is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Subcontractors Association of Oklahoma. He has been a member of the American Inns of Court. Because of his substantial experience with contracts, leases and debtor and creditor issues, Kevin has been invited to lecture about these issues to numerous small business and entrepreneur groups. Kevin is a lifelong member of the Tulsa community, where he has served in various charity and community organizations and he is a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
