About Mathew Scott Saint

After having his own practice for nearly 10 years, Matt Saint joined Smolen Law in June 2022. Born and raised in Tulsa, Matt retired from the Tulsa Fire Department as a captain in 2012. After retirement, he earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2014.

Since being admitted to practice law, Matt has concentrated his practice in the area of personal injury. Having witnessed catastrophic injuries firsthand during his time as a firefighter, he has a unique ability to empathize with his clients and truly understands how unforeseen accidents can have devastating consequences.

Matt is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Trial lawyers Association. He and his wife, Kristen, have two boys.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
