I would have to say that the last person to leave a review must have meant someone else because none of this describes Mr. Murphy. He has always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and always compassionate. He has been trustworthy for many years. He has always been reliable. My family is thankful that we have had Mr. Murphy to represent us.

Hired Attorney

Rolled his eyes ; can’t keep his story straight ; likes to talk about his clients in derivative ways or seems to like it ? Maybe he is just bitter ! Doesn’t know how to win a trial without settling , and in most cases is out lawyered if that’s a word often . I would say he sux at chess also . I would not recommend him to sweep a clean floor . All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
