Hired Attorney Brian J. Rayment

Brian Rayment represented the slumlord of my art studio in Tulsa and was dishonest and unprofessional the entire time. We had a settlement agreement to dissolve my lease so I could move back to Texas and his client never signed it, then she breached the settlement agreement. He basically said so what? I sued the slumlord and they lied and countersued saying I damaged their property by $14k when I actually improved the unit. The unit was vacant for a decade before me and they rented it out immediately after me TWICE. Then they sold the building for $500k refusing to settle out of court with me. Brian abused the law throughout the case or made horrendous errors and fed lies to his good ole boy the judge who allowed it and made plenty of errors himself. I was representing myself in the case and he demanded lawyer fees twice despite his client having $500k in the bank from the sale of the building. His countersuit had ZERO evidence and it was awarded before the actual petition!
