We received "advertising material" (a.k.a. a solicitation) from Logan Jones in regard to an accident my in-laws were involved in. Considering there is no accident/police report available yet, I'm wondering where they received their information. It reeks of an ambulance chaser. This letter also assumed that both of my in-laws had passed in their accident when in reality one passed and the other is at home recovering. We're already a grieving family, to receive a solicitation for legal services at this time was classless and offensive. I would NEVER hire this law firm to represent us, even if we were considering a lawsuit.
