John provided tireless representation for a former client. Insurance companies drug case out as long as they could but John kept fighting. Great results for the kid and hard fight for John.
The attorney was able to obtain a satisfactory settlement from the third-party auto insurance company, and I appreciate the effort put into resolving the case. However, despite having solid evidence of injury, eyewitnesses, a police report, 100% acceptance of liability by the insurance company in our favor, and intensive treatment records, the case was dragged into the pre-trial phase and became prolonged longer than expected. Overall, the outcome was acceptable, but the process could have been more efficient. Need to negotiate fee settlement on net amount after all deduction.
