About Jason Charles Messenger

Jason C. Messenger graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was the Managing Editor of the International Law Journal and a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Mr. Messenger was also a member of the American Inns of Court, and was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll. Before obtaining a Juris Doctor, Mr. Messenger received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Messenger is admitted to practice law in all Oklahoma and Arkansas state courts. He is also admitted in federal district courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the bankruptcy court of the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He is a member in good standing of the Oklahoma and Arkansas Bar Associations and is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association. Mr. Messenger practices in civil litigation with an emphasis in claims involving death, personal injuries and insurance disputes. His legal experience includes trial and appellate representation in state and federal courts. Before joining the firm, Mr. Messenger defended insurance companies and their insureds in civil and workers’ compensation litigation. Mr. Messenger has been named a Superlawyers Rising Star in Civil Litigation five times. Each year, no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in Oklahoma receive this honor. Mr. Messenger has also been selected twice for membership in The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and The Multimillion Dollar Advocate Forum. He also is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Bench & Bar Committee.
