James M. Wirth was born in December of 1978 in St. John Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A life long Oklahoman, James has resided in Owasso, Claremore, Stillwater, Tulsa, and Broken Arrow. In 2003, James married his high school sweetheart. They have one son, who was born in January of 2009.

Efficient, knowledgeable, reasonable on billing and easy to work with. Dustin Peterson made this process easy. I would go to him for other legal needs if they ever arise.

Dustin Peterson did not represent me well at all. He took my $6200 and did absolutely nothing for me. I wanted Grandparent Rights, but he talked me into Gaurdianship knowing I would lose. He didn't present any of the evidence I had on the dads he didn't rebudtle anything to the other attorneys or judge, he just said OK and walked away and told me there's nothing he can do for me. The judge said that he needed to file the correct motions. It took me weeks to get him to communicate with me. This was the most expensive attorney to not have done nothing for me. I only went to court one time for 20 min. i didnt even get to go up to the stand to speak, it was over before it began...I have every conversation between Dustin and I and Email stating he was going to help with Grandparent Rights, but he did not help with that at all. Then I asked if he could help me by doing pro-bono, he said "no" cause he doesn't have any more...it's just February...how do u not have anymore pro-bono? Wow

Hired Attorney

Had issues the entire time. Ended up with more issues in my custody case than I had in the start. Could never get a call back. Had a court date that they just didn't show up for. They tell you that someone will be your lawyer but then have immature clerks deal with everything. If I wanted a law student I could have found one ALOT cheaper
