Jack is a litigator who is driven by client-focused advocacy coupled with exceptional legal knowledge and skill. Jack is an associate at Smolen Law who has devoted his career to protecting the rights of his clients, often against powerful governmental and corporate entities. Since graduating from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2018, Jack has developed extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts, which has included numerous successful jury trials.
More recently, Jack has focused his practice on civil rights violations, police misconduct, sexual harassment, and cases involving the deaths and/or assaults of inmates housed in county jails.
Deeply involved in every stage of litigation, Jack is experienced in briefing and arguing motions, leading complex discovery, overseeing expert work, and managing the review of thousands of documents produced in discovery. He also has significant appellate experience, having managed multiple successful appeals in federal and state appellate courts.
