Donald E. Smolen, II, a Tulsa native, spent his childhood on a ranch south of the city. He pursued higher education at the University of Tulsa, where he obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees. During his law studies, Donald made significant contributions as an editor for the Tulsa Law Review and earned several distinguished awards that recognized his academic excellence. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys time with his family, including his wife and four sons. Entering the legal field after graduation, Donald has built a reputable career in Oklahoma, tackling a variety of lawsuits. His key areas of focus include Catastrophic Tort, Insurance Bad Faith, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Worker’s Compensation.
