David W. Cole

I am very unhappy with Mr Cole! When we wanted to go to trial he even started yelling at us. It was clear that he would not go to trial even when that was what we said we wanted to do. He will bully you until you agree to what he tells you to do. He talks a good story but in the end he will make you take a deal. He allowed the prosecutor to make blatantly false accusations and claims against my child that most likely influenced the level of punishment my child received during a deposition

David done great at first, he is not good with communication what so ever he was always sick and couldn’t make his appointment we had to talk about be my court date we missed a total of 4 appointments i was overwhelmed and very nervous dealing with this man he listen from the time the money leaves your hand into his pocket and that’s as fare as your getting he is a great man but in my eyes a horrible lawyer and if he didn’t take my case seriously it made me feel as if I wasn’t being taken seriously I almost lost all my rights with Mr Cole he was taking a liking to the opposition sides lawyer telling me he like him a lot at that point I knew I was in for a ride and had to make a better decision on who I had to fight for my rights.

David was my attorney while I fought my ex-husband in a custody case. my ex-husband was abusive I lived at to domestic violence center (DVIS) I had to file countless Protective orders that David would just have dropped. he didn't listen to my fears or concerns, nor did he care about me or my case. in fact, he told me my abuse didn't matter to my face. he is lazy and unprofessional he ended up costing me losing a lot of money on my house when I divorced. My ex-husband owns his own business I had proof that he made over 150 k in one year but David allowed him to refuse to show his own proof and never fought for it so I walked out with 139 in child support. David is a con artist and nothing more he took advantage of the fact I felt unsafe around men he even told me how nice my legs were. I was recommended David by a long-time family therapist RUN AWAY dont hire this man. he had covid every time we had an important case coming up.

David Cole caused me lose my case after winning a trial with DHS!!Waste of time, money and energy 💯 imagine losing a serious case the the person you pay your hard earned money sets up the stage. This is the ride your in for if you stick around...

David Cole did not represent our daughter well. He was unresponsive to inquiries and not communicative about the case. He did not seem well prepared. Cared mostly about his money. I could not recommend him to anybody for any type of case.

To bad you can't check zero. That's exactly what I received from Mr Cole. He never knew anything that's was going on with my case,I told him what was going on. I wouldn't let him represent a dog. He's horrible!

David is an absolute terrible lawyer. His blatant negligence as a criminal lawyer led to time spent in prison I didn't deserve to do. After ending my prison term I got a good lawyer that got my charges overturned and I am no longer a felon. He deserves to be disbarred.
