Cole Law Firm is a law firm with an office in Tulsa, OK. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing estate planning, driving while intoxicated, traffic violations and 4 other areas of law.
Sharon made me feel confident that she had my best interests at hand. The times she represented me I always left the court room feeling that the outcome was as good as possible.
Her associates were not thorough. Did what they wanted to do, without discussing the options. When the associate walk out on her and left our case open and Sharon had to take over not knowing what was going on. I felt that we were left out to dry. Then was billed at a higher rate and incorrectly billed. Finally got the bill straighten out.
The staff never listen, they lose information, there is never follow up, they don't follow though with personal information, then likes to bill you for what they do that is already in the folder given by the client. They dropped the ball when it comes to court dates and discussing information with the client the options there is for court and make their own decisions. They only do what they think.
