The currently problems are still pending, however the W/C kind of worked out. The judge on my case was for the employer and no one stood a chance with him on the bench. I would not hesitate contacting them again if the need arises for any PI or W/C claim.

It seemed like the opposing sides lawyers were more out to help me then them. Although they did do a good job for what it way.

In my experience, Mr. Burton is an attorney unwilling to go against the grain and fight for the client. His practice is highly regimented and therfore he became complacent. However, I was successful on a claim of which I had to adjudicate on my own that he failed to complete and advise to it's end.

Working with this lawyer was a horrible experience. He talked down to me upon our conversation today. He seemed to want to spend more time defending bad reviews over fighting to keep his clients happy. I was hurt badly and have had no consultation about how to proceed with medical treatment or going back to work. I’m very disappointed, as to I was referred to him by another attorney that didn’t handle workmen comp cases. I went back to work without any resolution to my case. By the grace of God I was able to survive this and return to work. If I had relied on his help I would have lost it all. I spoke with WC office and seemed he hadn’t finished filing it, but I don’t know? Two months of no medical or legal representation is why I would advise look into someone else.

Terrible decision to use this attorney, as to he speaks derogatory when addressing his clients. He spends more time trying to defend his online reputation than actually be an effective attorney. I was not happy with any part of this experience and would advise against using him.
