Mr. Gray was proud to be associated with the publication of a Federal Rules of Civil Procedure textbook.Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Gray went to work for the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office. While with the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Gray gained extensive trial experience while prosecuting many types of felonies, misdemeanors and juvenile cases.
In 2008 Mr. Gray joined the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Attorney General's Office as an Assistant Attorney General and Prosecutor. Mr. Gray prosecuted criminal cases occurring in Indian Country and assisted the United States Attorney's Office in the prosecution of Major Crimes. Mr. Gray was eventually appointed as the First Assistant Attorney General for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Mr. Gray directed litigation for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, including cases before the United Stated Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Gray litigated wrongful death cases, tort claims, financial malfeasance and various other types of civil cases.
Mr. Gray is married to a wonderful Texas-born but Oklahoma-adopted woman. Mr. Gray is an avid golfer who also enjoys travel, shooting sports, good movies and playing with his dogs
