Bonita Hyatt has three decades of experience in the practice of workers compensation defense and subrogation. Bonita was formerly Senior Attorney at The Harford Insurance Group 11/1/1993 to 4/30/2013 handling all aspects of litigated Workers' Compensation claims. Bonita handles claims through the appellate process including successfully pursing appeals to the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Bonita has been a JAG and Legal Officer for the Southwest Region of Civil Air Patrol since 2010. She has lectured at numerous seminars for theTulsa Conty Bar Association and launched "Oklahoma Did you Know" a montly live information update for the Oklahoma Claims Partners.
