Ms. Smoot obtained her Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2004, where she graduated with honors. She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of Tulsa.
She is admitted to practice law in the state of Oklahoma, the Northern District of Oklahoma, the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the Western District of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
