He was kind and understanding of my circumstances, and willing to work with me and did not make me feel inferior because of my dilemma. If I still live in this state I would gladly use this attorney again and would recommend him to those there who would ask for my opinion.
Around 6 months ago I seeked out Terry to use as bankruptcy lawyer. Upon our first meeting he was rude and unwelcoming, then as we discussed my situation he was condescending. Nobody should be made to feel embarrassed, but he should made me feel that way. He said he could not help me and sent me on my way. I was shaking on my way home because of the way he made me feel. Months later, still in the same situation, I find another lawyer to talk to and she was the complete opposite. I am filing bankruptcy now, finally, because she took the time to ask questions and really understand my situation. Terry was pompous and I would never send anybody his way. Because of him I have sunk further in these 6 months and have wasted time.
