I was extremely pleased with this law firm, and the services of Paul Willman and his paralegal, Kyle. They were always available for updates and guidance during a very difficult divorce. I am confident that I received the highest quality of representation.
Didn't feel like I was kept as informed about the status of my case as I would have liked. Had to call to find out what was going on. But pleased with the results.
I got their service and they got my money. A fair trade.
Legal work I would rate C+, office staff quality of work at C- and billing enthusiasm A. I would suggest shopping around; Tucson has better.
We felt that for a simple legal issue the Willman Firm billed far in excess of what is reasonable and took far too long.
I paid to get counseling, I was given an appointment date, only to find that Mr Willman was on vacation, we were seen by a female lawyer that had no knowledge of our case,we rescheduled for when Mr Willman returned, he told us we needed to bring death certificates, I did so,we where told that it would take approximately 1 year, they had to wait six months before filing due to laws, that's when they acted like we had never met, worst experience ever, I would never recommend and would suggest looking elsewhere for honesty and integrity
Paul Willman fired me for lack of confidence in him. Yes, I lacked confidence in him. He had more important clients, was slow to respond, and lacked giving me pertinent information, due to incompetence or greediness, that completely influenced my case. During an already stressful and emotional situation you shouldn't feel second rate from your attorney. I would never recommend Paul Willman.
