About T. Patrick Griffin

Mr. Griffin represents businesses and individuals in the areas of commercial transactions involving real estate and business assets, with special emphasis on business and asset purchase, sale, lease and other transactions, real estate purchase, sale, lease and other transactions, real estate development including zoning, land use, entitlements and government regulations, commercial leasing, commercial banking and finance, and business entities, including partnership, corporation and limited liability company law.

Mr. Griffin provides expert witness and consulting services in the areas of real estate, banking and condemnation. He is also available as a private mediator and arbitrator for selected matters.

Mr. Griffin has worked on some of the major commercial transactions in Pima County and was instrumental in negotiating the development of Rocking K Ranch, Rita Ranch, Midvale, Ventana, La Paloma, Continental Ranch and Rancho Vistoso in Arizona.

Mr. Griffin is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America in real estate law, and one of Tucson's Top Lawyers in real estate, business, and banking law. He has a background in banking and finance. Before joining the firm in 1979, he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Union Bank. He holds degrees from the University of California and the University of Arizona College of Law.
