Mr. O’Neal demonstrated his community stewardship through work with Legal Aid Volunteer Lawyers Program and the Humanos Derechos Abuse Clinic. While a student at Arizona State University, Ryan was a Founding Member and Treasurer for Students For Substance Abuse Outreach.
