Mr. Limperis represents individual and business clients in general civil litigation; plaintiff's personal injury including defamation, libel and slander, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and slip and fall; business and commercial litigation, including tech, biotech and software issues and business torts; media law, including prophylactic and defensive defamation, invasion of privacy, false light, FCC violations, fair use, intellectual property and trespass; election, voting and redistricting law; and trial practice. He is also experienced in representation of and against government agencies.
A Tucson native, Mr. Limperis served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Civil Presiding Judge of the Superior Court, Pima County, the Honorable Kenneth Lee, before joining the firm. He graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Law and obtained an undergraduate degree in psychology and a coherent minor in space physics and astronomy from Rice University.
