He charged me $3500 for misdemeanor DUI representation. Basically all he did to help was take the papers and sentencing from the judge and hand them to me.
After completing all my terms of sentencing (alc. screening, level II education, ignition interlock, MADD, etc. I faxed all records to him to file with the courts.
Three years later I got a letter from the court saying I failed to provide proof of alcohol screening and level II ed. He then refused to help resolve the issue. DO NOT HIRE
Paul Banales & Palmisano Law Firm didn't help our family. Palmisano Law Firm in Tempe distanced themselves from Paul Banales. It took 3 years to even get a statement, which he cobbled together to justify the $5,000. check cashed for a specific request by police & family, which he failed to do. Avarice & hubris. He pursued another direction, wrote the petition the night before without citing a single thing. He never showed it to me. He spoke to the other party attorney. This betrayal cost me my statute time. Additional loss due to this breach if contract is that the other atty & client have twice stolen my SSN for taxes filing fraud, immigration fraud twice! Dept of Homeland Security Investigation confirmed criminal activity now by these people. No help from this group, justice subverted is now a new criminal activity.
