I would like to share my experience of working with Michelle Langan. Mediation is a negotiation facilitated by a third-part neutral to help people involved in a conflict come to an agreement. I did not feel she presented herself in a neutral position. She didn't seem to understand the case and kept referring false information in the mediation to leverage and force her opinion on others. She discriminated against me not being a native speaker. She threatened to not working with me because I asked a word that I do not understand. This bias was getting more and more obvious, severe, and intentional. Her comments were judgmental and condescending. I did not feel I was being treated fairly or giving a chance to make decisions, instead I felt I was being pushed in a corner and bullied repetitively because I was representing myself. Her attitude, behavior, and comments were perceived as hostile and intimidating, which shows very little integrity, humanity, and professional ethics.
