I have spoken to Mr. Capp on two occasions regarding HOA law and issues.Mr.Capp took time to talk and provide a consultation on two occasions, at no charge.He is very straight forward and reasonable and makes recommendations to try to avoid unnecessary legal expenses and litigation.I have given thought to what he has said and have followed through with his suggestions.Now,as a board member, I look forward to asking him to assist with some HOA issues(I am hesitant to contact him a 3rd time).

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
