.Mark Heckele is a licensed attorney in Arizona and Washington with extensive experience in civil litigation and transactional law, particularly in real estate, business law, estate planning, and probate. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management and his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law. After joining the Law Office of Drue A. Morgan-Birch, P.C., he founded The Heckele Law Firm PLLC in 2010. Shortly after, he became affiliated with Karp & Weiss, P.C., and later joined Dorris & Giordano, P.L.C. In 2013, Mr. Heckele co-founded Lancer Law, where he serves as Managing Partner.
In addition to his legal career, he has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona for over a decade. His legal expertise includes handling commercial and residential transactions, construction defects, foreclosures, landlord-tenant disputes, corporate formation, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Heckele is also active in various professional and philanthropic organizations, having served as President of the Pima County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and held leadership roles in several other community groups. He was recognized as one of Tucson’s “Up & Comers” by Inside Tucson Business in 2011.
