About Lindsay E. Brew

Mr. Brew's practice is focused on commercial, business and contract litigation, breach of contract, business torts, real estate litigation, probate, trusts and estates litigation, and other civil litigation where his prior experience as a prosecutor, a criminal defense lawyer, and in federal Indian law have particular application.

Mr. Brew is rated "AV" by Martindale Hubbell. He has served in the Pima County Public Defender's office, as Directing Attorney for Papago Legal Services, and as the Chief Attorney for the Southern Arizona office of the Arizona Attorney General's Organized Crime and Racketeering Division.

Mr. Brew obtained his Bachelor's Degree, cum laude from Harvard University and his law degree from Yale University. He began practicing law in 1969 and was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1970. He joined the firm in 1985.
