Thank you for your inquiry about our legal services. Wolf & Sultan, P.C. is an Arizona law corporation formed in 1998. The firm's shareholders, Roger C. Wolf and Tarik H. Sultan, have over 45 years' combined experience practicing exclusively in the area of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. They are also father and son.

The firm's practice focuses on priority workers, intra-company transfers, outstanding researchers, national interest waivers, labor certification, corporate compliance, employer sanctions defense, family-based immigration issues, naturalization issues, immigration appellate and judicial review issues.

The Best Immigration Lawyer in Tucson, Arizona. Won my case. :) I had an excellent experience with Mr. Tarik Sultan and his team. He was very detailed and helpful in all his responses to my questions. The process of my case was very easy. Later, when I wanted to ask about specific points, I was able easily to call him and he listened with full attention. All in all, I have known Mr. Sultan for some time now and am still using his professional services when needed. What makes me happy is that he is NEVER busy speaking to his clients. His consultations are thorough. Highly recommended. I cannot imagine myself going to another lawyer! Outstanding, responsive & knowledgeable!

Hired Attorney Tarik H. Sultan

I'm extremely fussy about character and communication. I told Tarik's assistant it was important to me to speak to him first rather than come in, to see if I liked him. In other words, out of the blue, I interrupted Tarik's day asking that he prove is is a good guy. He did that. He immediately took my call and I knew instantly he was right for me. His warm and lovely office manager, Paola Bustamente, is equally helpful, charmimg, patient and kind.Don't hesitate. They are totally fabulous.Truly.
